Coverage Period
SELLERS Coverage for the listing and sale period starts the date
application received by ASW. Coverage continues until expiration of the
initial listing period (up to 6 mos.) or until close of sale or listing
cancellation (whichever is first). If the application is received as a
telephone application then coverage begins immediately.
BUYERS Coverage begins at close of sale provided plan fee is paid to ASW
and continues for one year after closing. Payment must be received NO
LATER than 14 days after closing.
